Daniela brings a deep combined expertise in financial services regulation and strategy execution to her clients. Immediately prior to setting up shop, Daniela was General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Ness Well, Inc., an early-stage consumer credit card company, where she built and scaled the company's Legal and Compliance functions. Daniela is intimately familiar with the challenges that start-ups and small-medium businesses face as they try to balance business goals, legal requirements, and resource constraints.

Daniela has also held leadership roles within Legal & Compliance orgs at large financial institutions (Wells Fargo, AmEx) and high-growth tech companies (Enigma Technologies), and served as outside counsel to many similarly situated companies. Through these roles, Daniela gained extensive experience representing companies in contract negotiations, disputes, and regulatory remediations.

Daniela is based in New York City and is admitted to practice law in New York. She holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Law Review, and an A.B. from Harvard College.
